Depicted-person age and consent
Any content that depicts a person may only be published once each depicted person is age-verified (an 18+ record on file) and has consented to being shown. This is our 2257-equivalent control.
Records are held securely, separated from public media, access-logged, and retained for the minimum necessary period. They are produced only to lawful authorities on valid request.
Self-depicted media
Auto-publishing is limited to media a verified provider attests depicts only themselves. Media depicting additional people requires a performer-age record for each before it can be published.
